Meredith and John wanted a beach chic wedding at the Shoals Club. Meredith has spent her life coming to this beautiful, magical barrier island off the coast of North Carolina. We covered the ceremony pergola with pink jasmine for a simple look. The bride carried seasonal peonys and white phaleonopsis orchids. We fashioned starfish for boutonnierres as per the bride’s request and decorated the site with glass lanterns, candlelight and hung capiz shell chandeliers from the clear tent where the dancing happened. A good time was had by all and we’re told that several groomsmen ended the night in the pool!
